Our White-Glove Delivery Service is designed to provide a seamless, stress-free experience from arrival to placement—ensuring every piece is handled with precision and professionalism.
What’s Included
Our professionally trained delivery team provides a complete in-home delivery experience for furniture, oversized décor, and fragile large-format items that cannot safely ship via standard parcel services.
Included Services
• Room-of-choice delivery (up to two flights of stairs included)
• Professional unboxing and inspection
• Furniture assembly and placement
• Removal and disposal of packaging materials and debris
• Careful handling of oversized or delicate items
This service applies to furniture, larger décor pieces, uniquely shaped items, and select oversized lighting fixtures requiring specialized transportation.
Lighting & Installation Notice
Please note that White-Glove Delivery does not include electrical installation or wall mounting.
• Hardwired lighting must be installed by a locally licensed electrician
• Mirrors, wall art, wall-mounted décor, and electrical fixtures will not be installed by the delivery team
• For customers who purchased White-Glove service, items will be delivered to the designated room, but Ardenel does not perform electrical or wall-mounted installation services
If you require installation assistance, please contact support@ardenel.com prior to delivery and we may help coordinate a local referral service where available.
Shipping Timeline & Logistics
To maintain our direct-to-consumer pricing and artisan-level craftsmanship, many Ardenel products are carefully prepared through our specialized production and logistics network before final delivery scheduling.
Estimated Timeline
• Order Processing: 3–7 business days
• International Transit & U.S. Logistics Processing: 20–35 business days
• Local Delivery Scheduling: Within 5 business days after arrival at the local delivery terminal
Total Estimated Lead Time
Approximately 4–8 weeks depending on product category, destination, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
Once your order arrives at the local delivery terminal, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment window.
Requirements & Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and successful delivery experience, please review the following guidelines carefully.
1. Measurement Verification
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased items fit through all entryways, staircases, elevators, hallways, and into the intended room.
Please review our Measurement Guide before placing your order.
2. Clear Delivery Access
The destination room and all access paths must be cleared prior to delivery.
Our delivery team is not authorized to:
• Move existing furniture
• Remove customer-owned items
• Modify doorways, railings, or property structures
3. Building Requirements
If your residence requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), elevator reservation, loading dock scheduling, or delivery authorization, please contact support@ardenel.com immediately after placing your order.
4. Adult Signature Requirement
An adult aged 18 or older must be present during delivery to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Furniture Deliveries
Furniture items will be:
• Carefully unpacked
• Inspected upon arrival
• Professionally assembled
• Placed in the room of choice
• Cleared of all packaging materials afterward
Non-Assembly Items
The following categories are excluded from assembly or installation services:
• Hardwired lighting
• Mirrors
• Wall art
• Fountains
• Heat lamps
• Wall-mounted items
These items may be delivered inside the home but will not be installed, mounted, or connected.
White-Glove Delivery Fees
To keep pricing transparent and simple, Ardenel currently offers flat-rate White-Glove pricing within the contiguous United States.

Final pricing will always be displayed clearly before order confirmation. No hidden fees will be added after checkout.
Storage & Scheduling Policy
• Complimentary storage is available for up to 30 days after your order arrives at the delivery terminal
• Extended storage may incur additional fees
• If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessible entryways, unavailable recipients, or unresolved building restrictions, re-delivery fees may apply

Small Parcel Delivery
Select décor, lighting, rugs, and smaller furniture items that can safely ship through standard parcel carriers will be delivered via Small Parcel Delivery.
Shipping Options
• Standard Shipping: 3–14 business days after shipment
• Expedited Shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air®
• Express Shipping: UPS Next Day Air®

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
