Limited Warranty

At Ardenel, we’re committed to crafting furniture of enduring integrity—pieces made with care, quality, and a deep respect for longevity. In a world too often built for disposal, our dedication to durability serves not only our customers but also our environment. This Limited Warranty covers Ardenel merchandise against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, for the duration outlined below, when used in a residential (non-commercial) setting.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear
Accidents or misuse
Natural disasters
Improper care or storage

Many Ardenel pieces are individually handcrafted and feature natural materials such as reclaimed wood and recycled metals. Variations in color, texture, distressing, and finish—such as knots, grains, oxidations, or minor splits—are not defects but part of the organic character of the product.

Indoor Upholstery

Indoor Furniture

Lighting

Outdoor Furniture

Ardenel outdoor collections are built to weather the elements—but care is essential. Always cover or store properly to protect your investment. Store cushions in dry conditions, and clean all items thoroughly before covering to prevent mildew.

Concrete/Stone Tabletops & Fire Tables	2 years	Covers cracking and finish degradation.
Outdoor Fabrics (Sunbrella, Inside Out, etc.)	1 year	Protects against normal use degradation.
Umbrellas	1 year	Covers components such as frame, tilt, crank, and canopy seams. Must be properly secured.
Umbrella Bases	1 year	Covers structural breakage and peeling finishes.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Ardenel will, at its discretion:

Repair the item
Replace with a comparable piece (exact matches may not be available)
No cash refunds will be issued

In no case shall Ardenel’s liability exceed the purchase price. Proof of purchase is required for all claims. Repaired or replaced items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Compensation Options

If a repair or replacement is not feasible—such as in cases of discontinued items, unavailable materials, or excessive damage that cannot be restored—Ardenel may offer a partial compensation. The compensation amount will be determined based on the extent of the defect, the condition of the product, and the remaining warranty period. Compensation may be issued in the form of:

A partial refund credited back to your original payment method, or
A store credit of equivalent value toward a future purchase

Compensation is provided at Ardenel’s discretion and will not exceed the original purchase price of the item.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This Limited Warranty is:

Non-transferable
Applicable only to residential use
Void if the item has been misused, improperly repaired, reupholstered by non-Ardenel parties, or used in commercial environments

This warranty does not cover:

Clearance/final sale items
Floor samples
Custom artwork or one-of-a-kind pieces
Wallpaper, rugs, bedding, lighting, mirrors, wall art, décor, tabletop items, jewelry, or any items not explicitly listed

DISCLAIMER

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow exclusions of incidental or consequential damages—this may not apply to you.

By purchasing from Ardenel, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of this warranty.
