PRODUCTS AND PLACING AN ORDER

Are all of your products available online?

Most of our products and custom options are available online, but not every piece is shown. We invite you to connect with a Design Consultant—available seven days a week at (626) 325-0088. We’ll be happy to share detailed information, including hundreds of premium fabric and finish options, or help you explore our one-of-a-kind furniture collections.

Do I need to create an account to order online?

For your convenience, Ardenel provides guest checkout - no account is needed to order online.

Will the furniture fit in my space?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all furnishings will fit into the intended space, including passage through doorways, stairways, elevators, and hallways. We recommend reviewing our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guide before placing your order. Please note that these guidelines are for reference only and do not guarantee a successful fit.

Do you offer in-home design consultations?

Yes, Ardenel Design Consultants are available to support you through virtual design consultations. Whether you're updating a room or furnishing an entire home, our professional team is here to help you define your style and create a cohesive space. Schedule a complimentary online consultation, and our designers will work with you directly to bring your vision to life.

Does Ardenel warranty its merchandise?

At Ardenel, we are committed to creating furniture with exceptional integrity—crafted with uncompromising quality and attention to detail. In a world where so much is disposable, we believe durability is both a value and a responsibility—for you, and for the environment.

Ardenel warrants its merchandise to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, in accordance with the coverage periods outlined in our Limited Warranty. This warranty applies to residential (non-commercial) use only.

Are your products certified?

Yes, all of our lighting fixtures are certified to meet the safety and compliance standards of the regions they are shipped to, including SAA/UL/ETL/CE/CSA Certifications and RoHS certifications.

Who is Ardenel?

Ardenel is a premium designer and retailer of high-end lighting, furniture, and home décor. We offer a thoughtfully curated selection of modern, contemporary, and timeless pieces—each crafted to elevate your living or working space. At Ardenel, we believe great design goes beyond function, blending artistic vision with everyday beauty.

Where is Ardenel based?

Ardenel is an international home design brand with a global presence. Our headquarters are located in Hong Kong and the United States, but our craftsmanship draws from the world’s finest resources.

We work closely with skilled manufacturers across multiple countries to ensure every piece meets the highest standards. Our natural marble is sourced from Spain. Most of our lighting is crafted in both Guzhen Town and the United States, while our premium wood is carefully selected from Yunnan and Vietnam. Our lacquer finishes come from Japan, and our textiles are sourced from India and Tibet. Additional materials are thoughtfully chosen from master artisans around the globe.

At Ardenel, every product reflects our deep commitment to timeless design, superior materials, and global craftsmanship.

PAYMENTS & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Will my order be subject to tax or duties?

Most Ardenel orders are not subject to additional taxes or duties. However, exceptions may apply for remote or special regions such as Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii in the United States, as well as international destinations like Canada, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, and Hungary.

Applicable taxes, duties, or fees are determined based on the shipping address and the local laws of the destination state or province. Each region may apply different rules regarding taxes on goods, shipping, and handling.

If you’re unsure whether your address requires additional fees, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help clarify before you place your order.

How can I place an order?

Placing an order on Ardenel is simple and secure. Just follow these steps:

  1. Browse through our collections and select the item(s) you want.
  2. Add the product(s) to your cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout, where you will enter your shipping details and choose your payment method.
  4. Confirm your order and wait for the confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping & Returns

My residence won’t be ready for weeks. If I place my order, can you hold my items at your warehouse?

Merchandise in our warehouse cannot be held more than 90 days. After 90 days, full payment for the merchandise is required and delivery must be scheduled for your order. If you are unable to accept delivery beyond 30 days of your merchandise being fully committed in our warehouse, your order must be paid in full and cannot be returned, refused, canceled or exchanged.

Can I pick up my order from a local warehouse?

We’re sorry, but most items ordered through our website, by phone, or in-store are not available for local warehouse pickup. All orders are processed for direct delivery to ensure safe and efficient handling.

Will I receive all of the items on my order at the same time?

Depending on the items purchased and the available delivery methods for each, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

For items delivered via our White Glove Delivery Service, if any pieces are delayed, we will schedule delivery once all items are available and ready to ship. If you prefer to split a deferred order into multiple shipments, additional delivery fees will apply.

Will my merchandise be assembled at the time of delivery?

Furniture, large décor items, uniquely shaped pieces, and fragile products that cannot be shipped via standard parcel services are typically shipped fully assembled. In some cases, minor components may be packaged separately for protection and can be easily installed by the customer or handled through our White Glove Delivery Service.

With White Glove Delivery, our professionally trained team will unpack, inspect, and assemble the main components of your furniture, then place the item in the room of your choice. All packaging materials and debris will be removed upon completion.

Please note:

– Our delivery team is not permitted to move or dispose of your existing furniture or personal belongings.

– Items such as lighting, mirrors, and wall art will not be unboxed, assembled, or installed.

– Our team is not authorized to install electrical fixtures or wall-mounted items.

– Orders shipped via UPS, FedEx, or curbside delivery do not include assembly or in-home setup.

Does someone need to be home to accept my delivery?

Yes. An individual 18 years or older, must be home to accept furniture delivery and inspect your order.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we do. Ardenel offers international shipping to Canada, U.S. territories, and select global destinations.

Please note: International orders require a custom shipping quote and must meet a minimum order value of $7,000 USD.

How long does shipping take?

United States

  • In-stock items shipped from our U.S. warehouse typically arrive within 5–10 business days via UPS.
  • If an item is not in stock domestically and must ship from our overseas warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 30–45 business days.
  • Delivery estimates do not apply to remote areas within the United States. For more accurate timelines, please contact us directly.
    Packages shipped to remote regions—such as Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR)—may experience longer transit times and additional shipping fees.

Canada

  • Estimated delivery time: 28–40 business days from order date.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping via China Post Air Parcel: 25–50 business days, or EMS: 5–20 business days (plus handling time).
  • All items are made or assembled to order. Some may take up to 60-90 business days depending on production lead time.

Europe

  • Shipping via China Post Air Parcel: 25–50 business days, or EMS: 5–20 business days (plus handling time).
  • We currently ship to: United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Denmark, Austria, Italy, Greece, Sweden, Cyprus, Croatia, Spain, Turkey, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Norway, Finland, Slovenia, Switzerland, Ireland, Portugal, Estonia, and others.
  • Alternative shipping via Royal Mail or UPS: 28–60 business days depending on the country.

UAE / Bahrain / Kuwait

  • China–Middle East express line: 10–35 business days

Russia

  • China–Russia Special Line Express: 10–30 business days

What if my items do not fit upon delivery?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all furnishings will fit through doorways, stairways, elevators, and into the intended space. We recommend reviewing our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guidelines prior to placing your order. Please note that these guidelines are for reference only and do not guarantee a fit.

If an item cannot be delivered due to sizing issues, a 10% restocking fee will apply, and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

Can I cancel or modify my order?


Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@ardenel.com.

After 4 hours, your order may have already entered processing or production, and changes may no longer be possible.

What is the return/exchange policy?

What if my item(s) does not look like what I saw in the store or online?

Many of our pieces are as unique as the artisan that made them. And, the little details are a big reminder that a real person created something special just for you. Collections crafted from recycled metals, reclaimed woods, and other hand-finished, natural materials showcase beautiful, organic variations, irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, color fluctuations, etc. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not considered quality defects.

We make every effort to display the colors of our products accurately on the website. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or trade orders?

Yes, Ardenel offers special pricing for bulk purchases, commercial projects, and trade professionals. If you’re interested in placing a volume order or opening a trade account, please contact our team at support@ardenel.com. We’ll be happy to assist you with tailored solutions for your project.

Promotions and Discounts

Do you offer any promotions or discount codes?

Yes, we regularly offer promotions and discount codes. To stay updated on the latest deals, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

No, only one discount code can be applied per order. However, we encourage you to take advantage of the best available offer at the time of your purchase.
