UPHOLSTERY
General Care

Rotate cushions and toss pillows periodically to ensure even wear and lasting comfort.

Keep upholstery out of direct sunlight and away from heat or moisture to reduce fading and damage.

Vacuum occasionally using the upholstery attachment.

Light fabric pilling is natural—use a fabric shaver gently to remove pills over time.

For deep cleaning, we recommend using a trusted professional upholstery cleaner.
General Cleaning Guidelines

Always follow the instructions on upholstery cleaners carefully and avoid overuse.

Pre-test any cleaner on a hidden area to ensure color safety and fabric compatibility.

When spot cleaning, use an undyed absorbent cloth and blot gently from the outer edge inward.

Avoid hard-bristled brushes and aggressive rubbing, which can damage fibers.
Specialty Fabrics & Leathers
Leather

Dust regularly with a dry cloth.

Wipe with a soft, undyed cloth dampened with distilled water to maintain moisture and appearance.

Use wax-free leather cleaner and conditioner for thorough cleaning.

Blot oil-based or liquid spills with a clean, soft cloth—never scrub.

Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, ammonia, or silicone-based products.
-
Do not use cleaners on suede, nubuck, or napped leathers.
Crypton® Home Performance Fabrics

Spot clean with mild detergent and water. Do not bleach.

For tough stains, gently scrub with a soft brush, then blot and rinse thoroughly. Let air dry.
Crypton® Home Performance Leather

Immediately blot spills with a clean cloth.

Spot clean using a mild soap and water solution, rinse with distilled water, and blot dry.

For persistent spots, use an approved household cleaner with a soft cloth in circular motion.

Rinse, blot, and let dry. A diluted 5% bleach solution may be used if needed.
Performance Fabrics

Blot spills immediately.

For small stains, mix one cup water with ¼ tsp clear detergent, spray, and blot.

Rinse well with clean water and allow to air dry.
Faux Leather

Clean with mild soap and water. Wipe dry immediately.

Do not oversaturate or use leather conditioners—these may damage faux materials.
Hair-on-Hide

Vacuum gently using an upholstery attachment.

WOOD & WICKER
General Care

Lacquer-sealed wood can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water using a soft cloth. Dry immediately.

Dust with a dry, undyed cloth and non-wax furniture polish.

Clean glass elements with standard glass cleaner and a soft cloth.

Avoid over-applying cleaners. Never use abrasives or ammonia/silicone-based products.

Wipe spills immediately. Use coasters, trivets, and pads to prevent marks.

Lift—don’t drag—furniture when moving.

Reclaimed & Antique Wood

Hand-Painted Finishes

Use natural, transparent beeswax occasionally to maintain finish.
Rattan & Handwoven Wicker

Metal

CANDLES
For Safety and Longevity:

Trim wicks to 0.25" before lighting.

METALS & MINERALS
Gold

Silver

Oxidized Silver

Brass & Rhodium

Clean with mild, unscented soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly.
Pyrite

Rinse with warm water and non-detergent soap.

Diamonds, Gemstones, Crystals & Glass
